Having a high regard for formal education, Martice served as a former Adjunct Instructor for a local community college. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in African American Studies from California State University Northridge, a master’s degree in Organizational Management from Springfield College, and a Certificate in Contemporary Marriage and Family Systems from Capella University; while maintaining a real estate designation; as a Foreclosure and Short Sale Resource Specialist from the National Association of Realtors. Martice is also a proud graduate of the USC Ross Minority Program in Real Estate Development. A well-respected member of her local body, Martice is the owner of former communal favorite, The Sipp Snoball in Los Angeles, CA, and is a proud member of the Los Angeles African American Women’s Public Policy Institute (LAAAWPPI).
When she is not out working with clients, Martice enjoys hiking with family, sporting events, traveling, reading and shopping.
